Departure
There will be a limit on the capacity of the desks at the reception
There will be clear signs reminding people to keep a safe distance
There will be a necessary disinfection process through the provision of masks, gloves and antiseptic handkerchiefs at the entrance of the hotel.

Additional measures
Disinfection of all interior spaces of the rooms
Rules of use for elevators: 2 people per elevator or a family and disinfection every 2 hours.
Water testing every month by professionals
Compliance with the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and by government authorities, certified by TUV Austria
Disinfection of all surfaces with a 70% alcohol solution.
